2015-2017年无锡市副溶血性弧菌引起的食源性疾病流行病学特征分析

【摘要】 目的了解无锡市副溶血性弧菌致食源性疾病的流行特征,提出相关预防控制措施建议。方法通过医院肠道门诊和"国家食源性疾病监测报告系统"进行病例信息收集,对符合感染性腹泻诊断的病例采集粪便样本并进行病原学检测,分析人群副溶血性弧菌食源性疾病的发病特征。结果 2015-2017年无锡市收集5 987例病例信息,其中采集粪便样本3 929份,其中副溶血性弧菌检出205例,阳性率5.22%。各年龄组中,15~24岁年龄组的副溶血性弧菌检出率最高(14.99%);可疑食物中,水产动物及其制品中构成比最高,达12.19%;第三季度(7-9月)副溶血性弧菌检出率最高,总体检出率达9.02%。结论初步了解无锡市副溶血性弧菌感染的流行特征;应继续加强监测科学性,开展疾病负担研究;应针对青少年人群特别加强预防宣传;应市售水产动物及制品开展专项风险监测。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the epidemiological characteristics of foodborne diseases caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Wuxi,and to provide the prevention and control measures.Methods For the case met the diagnostic standard,basic information was collected and feces samples were detected.All data were reported through National Foodborne Disease Surveillance System.Several common food-borne disease pathogenic bacteria and intestinal viruses were detected,and the morbidity of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Wuxi was evaluated.Results Total 5 987 cases were monitored by National Foodborne Disease Surveillance System in 2015-2017.205 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected from 3 929 samples with the positive rate of 5.22%.The positive rate of 15-24 years old group was the highest among all age groups,reaching 14.99%.2798 patients had a history of suspected food exposure.And the highest proportion of food was aquatic animals and their products,accounting for 12.19%.The third quarter(from July to September)had the highest positive rate of the whole year,reaching 9.02%.Conclusion There is a basic understanding of epidemic characteristics of V.parahaemolyticus food born disease in Wuxi.Monitoring and disease burden study should be strengthened,and preventive education should be specially targeted at young people.Risk monitoring should be conducted for commercially available aquatic animals and products.
