【摘要】 目的探讨心理一致感在冠脉支架置入术后病人社会支持与创伤后成长之间的中介效应,为提高冠脉支架置入术后病人创伤后成长水平提供理论依据。方法采用便利抽样的方法,选取2017年11月-2018年4月在辽宁省两家三甲医院的心内科就诊的244例行冠脉支架置入术后病人,采用一般资料调查表、心理一致感量表(SOC-13)、创伤后成长量表(PTGI)、社会支持量表(SSRS)进行调查。结果冠脉支架置入术后病人觉心理一致感得分为(66. 31±9. 61)分;社会支持得分为(39. 06±7. 91)分;创伤后成长得分为(56. 63±12. 33)分,社会支持总分与创伤后成长总分呈正相关(r=0. 434,P <0. 05),心理一致感总分与创伤后成长总分呈正相关(r=0. 556,P <0. 05),心理一致感在冠脉支架置入术后病人社会支持与创伤后成长之间起部分中介效应,中介效应为0. 316,占总效应的46. 74%。结论冠脉支架置入术后病人社会支持主要通过心理一致感的中介作用对冠脉支架置入术后病人创伤后成长产生间接效应,且心理一致感在社会支持与创伤后成长之间起到中介效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the mediation effect of psychological consistency on the relationship between social support and post-traumatic growth after coronary stent implantation,and to provide a reference for improving the post-traumatic growth of patients after coronary stent implantation. Methods A convenient sampling method was used to select 244 patients underwent coronary stent implantation in the Department of Cardiology at the two of the top three hospitals in Liaoning Province from November 2017 to April 2018. General information questionnaires and social support questionnaires( SSRS) were used. Post-Traumatic Growth Scale( PTGI),and Consensus of Sentiment( SOC-13) were also investigated. Results After coronary stent implantation,the patient’s sense of coherence score was( 66. 31 ± 9. 61),with the social support score of( 56. 63 ± 12. 33)and the post-traumatic growth score of( 56. 63 ± 12. 33). There was a positive correlation between social support and post-trauma growth( r = 0. 434,P < 0. 05) and a positive correlation between sense of coherence and posttraumatic growth( r = 0. 556,P < 0. 05). The sense of coherence played a partial mediation role between the patient ’s social support and post-traumatic growth after coronary stenting. The mediation effect was 0. 316,accounting for 46. 74% of the total effect. Conclusion The social support of patients after coronary stent implantation has an indirect effect on post-traumatic growth through the mediation effect of sense of coherence. And the sense of coherence plays a mediating effect between social support and post-traumatic growth.更多还原
