【摘要】 目的了解基层临床实验室检验资源的现状。方法对36个基层临床实验室进行问卷调查,收集数据,分类统计。结果地震重灾区安县69.6%(16/23)的实验室迁离了原办公用房;基层实验室技术人员数量少,其中县级为4～14人,乡镇级为0～4人,学历以中专(44.4%,36/81)和大专(43.2%,35/81)为主,职称以检验师(51.9%,42/81)和检验士(38.3%,31/81)为主;对三大常规和临床生化检验项目的开展比例为91.7%(33/36),对乙肝、丙肝、艾滋和结核等传染病检验项目的开展比例分别为75.0%(27/36)、63.9%(23/36)、33.3%(12/36)和19.4%(7/36)。结论基层临床实验室的规范化建设进程缓慢、人力资源严重不足、检验项目较少、仪器设备落后、管理体系不规范,这些都成为制约基层临床实验室发展的瓶颈。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To understand the status of inspection resources in local clinical laboratories.METHODS A questionnaire survey was conducted in 36 local laboratories.Data were collected and analyzed.RESULTS 69.6%(16/23)laboratories in the earthquake disaster areas were relocated from origin establishment.There was lack of staff,with,4-14 for town class and 0-4 for countryside class,respectively.The educational level of these staffs was primarily secondary technical school(44.4%,36/81)or junior college(43.2%,35/81)mostly.The professional titles included primarily Technician(51.9%,42/81)and Junior Laboratory Technician(38.3%,31/81).91.7%(33/36)laboratories had the inspecting items including three routine tests and clinical chemistry tests.The percentages of laboratories with HBV,HCV,HIV,TB detecting capacity were 75.0%(27/36),63.9%(23/36),33.3%(12/36)and 19.4%(7/36),respectively.The standardized procedures of those local laboratories were slow.CONCLUSION There are severe deficiencies of human resources,few inspecting items,out-of-date equipment and non-standardized managing system in these local laboratories,which are the bottlenecks for the improvements of these laboratories.更多还原
