【摘要】 [目的]了解汶川地震20个月后,四川省极重灾区的乡镇卫生院公共卫生服务能力恢复情况,进一步探讨乡镇卫生院公共卫生服务的灾后重建。[方法]对四川省18个乡镇卫生院进行问卷调查和领导访谈。[结果]灾区乡镇卫生院在地震中损毁严重,经过对口援建,公共卫生人员数量、防保经费没有变化,物力资源有明显的提高。公共卫生服务数量和人员的质量有明显的提升。[结论]应加大灾区乡镇卫生院公共卫生人力资源和防保经费的补偿,并提高灾民对公共卫生服务的利用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To study the recovery situation of the public health capability in township hospitals of the severe areas of Wenchuan earthquake in Sichuan from May 2008 to Dec 2009.[Methods]A questionnaire survey and interview were conducted among 18 townships hospitals in Sichuan.[Results]Township hospitals were seriously damaged in the earthquake.After the one on one reconstruction project,the quantity of Public Health Service staff and preventive care allowance remained the same,while the material resources,public health service performance and the staff’s performance were obviously raised.[Conclusion]It’s necessary to pay more attention to the human resources,the cost of preventive care and take effective measures to develop the township hospitals’ public health service performance.更多还原
