【摘要】 [目的]分析报道大地震对SD大鼠生殖过程的影响,并探讨其可能的影响机制。[方法]试验选用SPF级成年健康SD大鼠,每天16～18时将雌雄大鼠按1︰1比例合笼过夜,d2早晨8～10时将雌雄大鼠分开,通过观察阴栓判断雌鼠是否交配,解剖20d龄孕鼠观察地震前后动物的受孕率、胎儿生长发育情况等指标。[结果]试验期间大鼠一般状况良好,与本实验室历史数据相比,动物交配率、受孕率差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。对雌鼠、胎鼠外观和生长发育的影响差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[结论]地震对大鼠交配率、受孕率有明显影响,但对胎儿生长发育无明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To analyze and report the influence of earthquake on the reproductive process of SD rats and discuss the possible mechanism.[Methods]Adult and healthy SPF SD rats were chosen to mate during 16-18 PM,with the ratio of male and female was 1︰1,and then separated the housing rats during 8-10AM in next morning.Vagina plugs were observed to judge whether the females were pregnant.Dams at the twentieth day were necroscopied to detect the pregnancy rate,embryos’ growth and development condition,etc.[Results]During the test,all rats were in good condition,compared with historical data in our laboratory,there were significant differences in animal mating rate and pregnancy rate(P﹤0.05).No significant difference was observed in female condition,embryos’ growth and development condition and embryos’ appearance(P﹥0.05).[Conclusion]Earthquake brings great influence on mating rate and pregnancy rate of rats,but there is little influence on embryos’ growth and development when earthquake breaks.更多还原
