【摘要】 [目的]了解绵阳市3个地震极重灾县5.12地震后法定传染病发病情况,探索其流行规律,为灾区传染病预防控制工作提供科学依据。[方法]采用描述流行病学的方法,对绵阳市地震极重灾县从2008年5月13日到12月31日发生的法定传染病疫情进行分析。[结果]5.12地震后绵阳市各极重灾县未发生甲类传染病;共报告乙类传染病13种1122例,发病率为137.00/10万,较2007年同期下降21.87%;丙类传染病7种797例,发病率为97.31/10万,较2007年同期下降9.84%。乙类传染病发病率在前5位的疾病依次为肺结核、乙肝、痢疾、梅毒、淋病,丙类传染病发病率在前3位的疾病依次为其他感染性腹泻、流行性腮腺炎、手足口病。[结论]绵阳市地震极重灾县法定传染病防治工作取得了显著成绩,如何在今后的灾后重建中继续做好卫生防疫工作是值得研究的课题。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To understand the state of legal communicable diseases in three earthquake heavy disaster counties in Mianyang from May.13 to Dec.31 and to explore the epidemic regularity so that to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of communicable diseases.[Methods] The epidemic data of legal communicable diseases in three earthquake heavy disaster counties from May.13 to Dec.31 were analyzed by the epidemiological method.[Results] There was no group A communicable diseases occurring in three heavy disaster counties in Mianyang.Reported 13 kinds of group B and 7 kinds of group C communicable diseases added up to 1 122 and 797 respectively,which disease incidence was 137.00 per 100 thousand and 97.31 per 100 thousand,which decreased 21.87% and 9.84% than at the same time in 2007.The first five diseases in group B communicable diseases which disease incidence was higher were pulmonary tuberculosis,hepatitis B,dysentery,syphilis and gonorrhea in order.The first three diseases in group C communicable diseases which disease incidence was higher were infectious diarrhea,epidemic parotitis and hand-foot-mouth disease in order.[Conclusion] We are successful in prevention and control of the communicable diseases.How to strengthen the prevention and control of the communicable diseases after the disaster is worth studying.更多还原
