适用于灾区现场的病原微生物快速检测技术

【摘要】 地震等破坏力极强的自然灾害可造成大量的房屋倒塌、污水蔓延、人畜伤亡。随着尸体腐烂、蚊蝇滋生等卫生环境恶化,极易导致传染病流行。应用一些对设备要求不高,适合于灾区现场的方法快速、准确地检测出恶化环境中的病原微生物,不仅对指导灾区的防疫工作有重要作用,而且可以为今后的临床诊断和治疗提供参考。

【Abstract】 The destructive nature disasters such as earthquake can destroy vast buildings,lead sewage spread and deprive human beings and animals’ lives.With the decay of the bodies and the propagation of the mosquito,some infectious diseases were likely to become prevalent.Some techniques without large apparatuses were suitable for disaster area to detect the pathogenic microbe in deteriorating environment fastly and accurately.These detection methods can not only instruct the epidem-ic prevention in disaster area,but also provide valuable references for further clinic diagnosis and treatment.
