【Abstract】 The earthquake disaster of our country is serious, the economic compensation after the earthquake disaster is mainly compensated by fiscal subsidies, the compensation of commercial insurance is very limited. We should learn about the experience of the insurance system in Japan and finally give some suggestion about the establishment of the earthquake insurance system.
