基于小型无人机的三峡库区地质灾害全景与三维展示平台研究

【摘要】 三峡库区地质灾害防治备受党和国家关注,近年来三峡库区监测预警工程的实施对库区防灾减灾工作起到重要作用,但库区面临的地质灾害形势依然严峻复杂。为进一步满足对三峡库区地质灾害防治的精细化管理要求,采用小型无人机、720度虚拟全景、三维实体建模等技术,针对三峡库首区域的地质灾害专业监测预警点,建立虚拟全景与三维实景模型展示平台,实现随时、随地、跨平台、快速演示与查看,同时为进一步深化地质灾害监测预警提供数据基础。

【Abstract】 The prevention and control of geological disasters in the Three Gorges reservoir area has attracted the attention of the party and the state. In recent years, the implementation of the monitoring and early warning project in the Three Gorges reservoir area has played an important role in disaster prevention and mitigation work in the reservoir area, but the geological disaster situation facing the reservoir area is still severe and complicated. In order to further meet the fine management requirements for the prevention and control of geological disasters in the Three Gorges reservoir area, a small UAV, 720-degree virtual panorama, three-dimensional solid modeling and other technologies are used to establish a virtual target for the geological disaster professional monitoring and early warning points in the Three Gorges reservoir area. The panoramic and three-dimensional real-world model display platform realizes the presentation and viewing at anytime, anywhere,and across platforms, and provides a data foundation for further deepening the monitoring and early warning of geological disasters.
