硼回凝水冷却器的地震反应分析研究
Research on the Analysis of Seismic Response of Boron Condensate Cooler
【摘要】 对硼回凝水冷却器用有限元法建立计算模型,并进行在自重、压力和接管载荷条件下的静态分析、模态分析和地震载荷下的动态反应分析。求得硼回凝水冷却器的应力,同时按规范要求,对硼回凝水冷却器在各使用限制条件下进行载荷组合和应力评定。评定结果表明:硼回凝水冷却器的各部件均满足ASME III-ND和NF规范的相关要求。
【Abstract】 Builds a computational model for boron condensate cooler by using the finite element method.And carries out the static analysis under deadweight,pressure and nozzle loads,modal analyses,and spectrum analysis under seismic loads.Obtains the stress of boron condensate cooler,and makes assessment on the load combinations and stress of boron condensate cooler under each using limit condition.The evaluation result demonstrates that the various components of boron condensate cooler can meet the requirement of the ASME Section III-ND & NF codes.
