【摘要】 介绍了一座45m高伞状水塔的定向爆破拆除工程。通过对水塔自身结构的特点及场地条件的分析,采用梯形爆破切口、电子雷管起爆方式、总延时100ms的定向倒塌爆破拆除技术。采用提高爆破切口位置、确定合理的切口长度、预拆除、预开定向窗和减荷槽等方式确保了水塔的准确定向;采用炮孔覆盖防护、开挖防飞石沟、防护排架近体防护等技术措施预防了爆破飞石和触地飞石的危害。水塔按设计倒塌在开挖的防飞石沟内,周围建(构)筑物没有受到影响。该拆除工程在非线型薄壁高耸物爆破精确定向、飞石防护方面取得了良好的效果,可为同类工程爆破施工提供参考。

【Abstract】 The paper introduces the directional blasting demolition of a 45 m high umbrella water tower. Through the analysis of the structure characteristics and site conditions of the water tower itself, the directional collapse blasting demolition technology with trapezoidal blasting cut, electronic detonator initiation and total delay of 100 ms had been used. The accurate orientation of water tower is ensured by increasing the position of blasting incision, determining the reasonable length of incision, pre-demolishing, preopening directional window and reducing load groove. The hazards of blasting flying stones and touchdown flying stones were prevented by using technical measures such as blasting hole cover protection, excavation of flying stones trench and near body protection of protective bent. The water tower collapsed in the excavated anti-flying ditch according to the design, and the surrounding buildings were not affected. The demolition project has achieved good results in precise orientation and flying stone protection of non-linear thin-walled high-rise blasting, which can provide reference for similar projects.
