【摘要】 石羊河流域水资源配置及节水生态农业理论与技术的集成研究对推动农业与生态节水领域的科技创新和学科发展以及内陆河流域水资源持续利用均具有十分重要的战略意义和现实意义。本文在系统总结石羊河流域相关研究成果的基础上,结合作者目前正在开展的研究工作,提出了该流域水资源与节水综合集成研究的总体目标,从应用基础理论研究、应用技术开发以及技术集成与示范推广三个层面论述了石羊河流域水资源合理配置及节水生态农业理论与技术综合集成研究的总体框架,阐述了具体研究内容和方法,并指出了研究中的关键技术难点问题。

【Abstract】 The integration research for reasonable allocation of water resources and water-saving in ecology and agriculture in Shiyanghe river basin has important strategical and realism signification to promote science research and subject progress, and sustainable utilization of water resources in the inland river basin. On the basis of introduction of correlation reasearch about this field in the basin, and conbined with author’s research works at present, the whole goal of integration research frame on water resources and water saving is put forward. This frame is set from the three sides research of application basic theory, application technology and demonstration spread. Detailed research contents and methods are stated. Some key technological difficulties are pointed out.
