基于电聚合没食子酸材料的氧氟沙星电化学传感器

【摘要】 通过电聚合法一步制备了聚没食子酸材料修饰玻碳电极(Poly(GA)/GCE),构建了一种简单、灵敏的电化学传感器用于测定氧氟沙星(OFL).扫描电镜(SEM)图像研究表明,没食子酸聚合物成功修饰到玻碳电极表面.用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和循环伏安法(CV)研究了电极的电化学性能,发现修饰电极阻抗减小并且对OFL的电流响应显著增强.在优化了电聚合循环次数、没食子酸浓度等电化学参数后,该传感器线性范围为1.0~100μmol·L-1,灵敏度为2 704,检出限为0.3μmol·L-1(S/N=3).该传感器具有电流响应快、重复性好、稳定性好等优点,可用于药物和生物样品中OFL的测定.

【Abstract】 A facile and sensitive electrochemical sensor is constructed for determination of ofloxacin(OFL) based on glassy carbon electrode(GCE) modified with poly(gallic acid)(Poly(GA)) by one step electro-polymerization.Gallic acid polymer is successfully modified on the surface of GCE observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The electrochemical properties of the constructed sensor are characterized by cyclic voltammetry(CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The modified electrode not merely exibits low impedance,but also enhances current response.After optimization of electrochemical parameters such as the number of polymerization cycles,polymer concentration and pH value,the proposed sensor has a linear range from 1.0 to 100 μmol·L-1,with a sensitivity of 2 704 and a detection limit of 0.3 μmol·L-1(S/N=3).The developed sensor shows fast current responsibility,good reproducibility and stability.This prepared sensor can be successfully applied to the determination of OFL in pharmaceutical compounds and biological samples.
