生活垃圾焚烧发电对区域碳排放量的影响效应评估——以重庆市为例

【摘要】 焚烧发电是生活垃圾处理的一种重要方式,是生活垃圾减容减量和无害化处理的重要途径。文章首先基于中国碳排放量影响因素分解模型核算了2004~2016年重庆的碳排放量,随后基于统计数据阐释了重庆生活垃圾焚烧发电行业发展现状及特征,在此基础上构建了生活垃圾焚烧发电与重庆碳排放量之间关系的影响效应评价模型。结论显示:碳排放量一般受人口规模、人均经济规模、单位GDP能耗、技术水平和人均投资规模等因素影响;重庆生活垃圾焚烧处理量增速较快,但总体体量仍较小;生活垃圾焚烧处理对重庆碳排放量有负向影响,但由于重庆生活垃圾焚烧处理量仍较低,这种负向影响并不十分显著。

【Abstract】 Incineration power generation is an important way of domestic waste disposal,and it is a harmless way to reduce the volume of domestic waste. Firstly,this paper calculates the carbon emissions of Chongqing from 2004 to2016 based on the influencing factors decomposition model of China’s carbon emissions,and then explains the development status and characteristics of the domestic waste incineration power generation industry in Chongqing. On this basis,the impact evaluation model of the relationship between domestic waste incineration power generation and Chongqing’s carbon emissions is constructed. The results show that:first,regional carbon emissions are generally affected by population size,per capita economic scale,unit GDP energy consumption,technical level and per capita investment scale;second,Chongqing domestic waste incineration disposal increased rapidly,but the total volume is still small;third,domestic waste incineration disposal has a certain negative impact on carbon emissions in Chongqing,and due to the incineration capacity in Chongqing is still low,this negative effect is not very significant.
