矿用瑞利波多频自检装置的设计
Rayleigh wave multi-frequency self-test device design used in coal mine
【摘要】 针对矿用瑞利波探测仪的实际自检需求,在不增加额外的自检辅助设备、供电电源、接口的条件下,利用原有接插件的电源输出和信号输入端口,设计了适合仪器使用的自检装置.电路设计按照测试软件要求,根据不同检测项目要求,输出所需的检测信号.通过对装置输出信号的幅值、频率、失真度进行测试,和与仪器连接后按自检项目逐个进行测试,结果表明多频自检装置满足瑞利波探测仪的自检要求.
【Abstract】 In this paper,mining Rayleigh wave detector self-test requirements,at no additional auxiliary equipment,power supply,and interface conditions,the use of the original connector of the input and output interfaces,designed for the use of the instrument self-test devices.According to the test software requirements,depending on the test items,the detection signals required for the design.By means of the output signal amplitude,frequency,distortion,and connected with the instrument self-test items one by one according to test results show multi-frequency self-test device satisfies Rayleigh wave detector self-test requirements.
