几种放大器的程控增益电路设计
PROGRAM-CONTROLLED GAIN CIRCUIT DESIGN OF SEVERAL AMPLIFIER
【摘要】 对直流放大器、音频功率放大器和宽带放大器设计时的主要难点进行了分析,给出了对相应的运放参数及类型的要求.结合3种放大器各自的特点,设计了相应的由DAC0832衰减器、X9C503数字电位器和AD603集成压控增益运放为核心构成的一种程控增益控制方案,使得采用数字化手段控制模拟量放大成为可能.
【Abstract】 The text gives out the request of corresponding amplifier’s parameters and types,based on the analysis of the main difficulties in the design of DC amplifier,audio power amplifier and broadband amplifier.Combined with the characteristics of the three amplifiers,it shows a corresponding programmable gain control plan with the DAC0832 attenuator,X9C503 digital potentiometers and integrated voltage-controlled gain Op-Amp AD603,making it possible to control the analog amplification in the digital way.
