风压加速Π型混凝土梁渗透碳化深度分析

【摘要】 在已有的风压加速混凝土碳化计算模型的基础上,根据风压p与时间t、深度x的关系,构造了p-x-t关系数据模型,并给出了构造算例的数值解,为风压下混凝土碳化计算提供了一条简便途径。为了验证风压对混凝土碳化的加速作用,进行了Π型混凝土梁的碳化试验,依据理论分析和试验结果,得出风的漩涡和壕沟效应可以加速混凝土的碳化;另外,由风压作用产生的二次风流场也可以加速混凝土碳化,由此进一步完善了风压加速混凝土碳化的理论。

【Abstract】 The p-x-t relational model was established based on the calculating model of concrete filter carbonization accelerated by wind pressure and relationship between wind pressure and time or depth.The carbonization depth was calculated in examples.A simple way was provided to calculate the concrete carbonization depth.In order to validate the effect of concrete carbonization accelerated by wind pressure,Π type concrete beam carbonization experiment was carried out.According to the theoretical analysis and experimental results,it is concluded that the wind swirl and the fosse moat effect can also accelerate the concrete carbonization.Besides,wind pressure can generate secondary air field,which can also accelerate the concrete carbonization.The principle of concrete carbonization accelerated by wind pressure is perfected.
