【摘要】 目的通过分析白龙湖风景区防灾系统的整体规划,揭示出中国风景名胜区防灾系统规划的基本特征。方法通过灾害调查,并对灾害隐患点进行重点调查。结果白龙湖风景名胜区系统规划在满足防洪、消防、防震、紧急救护等要求的基础上,还应包括地质、气象、生物灾害、火灾和盗灾的监测与防护,分景区阶段性总体规划的编制、各项相关管理条例的出台,以及实施与监督的加强等等。结论风景名胜区防灾系统规划,首先必须对灾害类型有明确的认知和科学的调查,其次还要有强化管理以及跟踪监测等手段,这样才能保证防灾体系功能的发挥。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim Through analyzing the disaster prevention system planning of the White Dragon Lake Scenic Park,the basic characteristics of scenic area disaster prevention system planning in China are revealed.Methods Key analysis methods on potential points through the survey of the damage conditions.Results The disaster prevention system planning of the White Dragon Lake Scenic Park should not only meet the basis requirements of flood control,fire,shock,emergency ambulance needs,but also include monitoring and protection of geological,meteorological,biological disasters,fires,and theft disaster,establishment of the scenic overall planning by stages,promulgation of the regulations of the relevant management,as well as enhancement of implementation and monitoring.Conclusion Disaster prevention system planning of the scenic areas must have a clear awareness and scientific investigation of the type of disaster,and have the means to strengthen the management and tracking monitoring technology,in order to ensure the functions of disaster prevention system.更多还原
