【Abstract】 In view of there being shortcomings in the quantitative analysis of the laboratory evaluation and the field evaluation of formation damage, a secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is put forward. According to the data acquired from laboratory evaluation and field evaluation, a multifactor system including all damage procedures and their damage types is established. The damage grades and corresponding interval values are determined. A fuzzy matrix is structured. The definition of evaluating formation damage severity is given.
