【摘要】 "5·12"大地震对城镇和乡村带来了巨大的破坏,除了地震自然力导致的损失外,次生灾害也导致了巨大的损失.自然灾害的发生虽然不能人为控制,但通过合理的城乡建设可以减少自然灾害的影响并降低损失."5.12"地震对于城乡建设发展是一次机遇,可以结合城乡恢复重建将城镇、乡村建设中的诸多历史遗留问题加以解决.通过对秦巴山区城乡建设中存在的诸多问题进行一定的研究,结合震后恢复重建,进行今后秦巴山区城乡发展的若干思考,并提出了一些建议,旨在推进我国山区城乡建设的健康发展.更多还原

【Abstract】 5·12 Earthquake in China brought tremendous destruction to the city and countryside in Sichuan Province.In addition to the natural forces of the earthquake,the secondary disaster also caused massive losses.The occurrence of natural disasters is beyond our control,but the impact of natural disasters and the losses could be reduced through reasonable urban and rural construction.5·12 Earthquake on the other hand is an opportunity for the development of construction in both urban and rural areas.Amidct the reconstruction,numerous problems left over by history in the construction of the town and village must be solved.This article,research on the questions about the city and countryside’s construction in the Qinba Mountain Area were carried out and suggestions proposed.The intention is to advance the healthy development of the construction of the city and countryside in the mountain area.更多还原
