【摘要】 立足于5·12汶川大地震后中国特色的灾后农村重建实态,针对灾后农村建设规划编制的特性认识、政策把握、民意调查、聚落发展、项目落实以及编制内容等六个方面的关键问题进行讨论,指出"过渡和长远"的冲突、"紧迫和秩序"的矛盾、"特殊和普遍"的对峙以及"公平与倾斜"的权衡是此类规划研究的关键,呼吁规划工作者对弱势群体人居环境发展的人文关怀.同时也简述了剑阁县灾后农村建设规划的主要成果.更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the actual situation of post-earthquake reconstruction in the rural areas in China after 5·12 earthquake disaster in Wenchuan,Sichuan Province,and from the aspects of understandings on particular characteristics,relative policy, public opinions survey,settlements development,projects implementation,and contents of the reconstruction planning,the article discussed six key issues and their causes this article pointed out that those are the keys to study such types of planning as the conflict between transition and long-lasting,the contradiction between pressing and order,the deadlock of universality and particularity and the weighing between equity and inclination.Humanistic care also appealed to the planners about the human habitat environment improvement of the inferior group.At last,it summarized the post-earthquake rural construction and planning for Jiange town.更多还原
