“5·12”地震绵竹城区砌体结构房屋震害调查与分析

【摘要】 根据现场纪录,重点对绵竹城区砌体结构房屋震害现象做了分类描述与总结,并对房屋损伤原因进行了初步分析.总体震害表明:虽然遭遇了远高于当地设防烈度的罕遇地震,绵竹城区房屋倒塌率极小,基本上达到了抗震设防目标;地震中展现的一些新的破坏现象应受到重视,如房屋整体滑移破坏、窗下墙大范围损伤等.另外,对一些不符合抗震设计要求的房屋及其震害也做了阐述与分析.

【Abstract】 Dameges to the masonry buildings in Mianzhu urban area are described and different damage forms are classified according to the field records,and some preliminary analysis is offered.As a whole,the ratio of collapsed houses in Mianzhu urban area is very little,reaching the seismic fortification target,although it rarely is subject to earthquake that is higher than local fortification intensity.It is also necessary to pay attention to some new failure phenomena of structures,such as integrity slip destruction of building,large scale damage of walls under windows,and so on.In addition,some buildings which don’t comply with the requirements for seismic design are illustrated and analyzed.
