煤化工生产过程CO2排放及减排研究

【摘要】 我国煤炭资源丰富,伴随着传统煤化工产业的结构性产能过剩,近年来兴起了煤制油、煤经甲醇制烯烃、煤制天然气、煤制芳烃和煤制乙二醇等新型煤化工产业。作为煤炭清洁高效利用的重要领域,新型煤化工对于拓展有机化工产品原料路线、形成我国能源化工行业的产能储备和技术储备具有重要意义。但煤化工过程的CO2排放量巨大,对全球生态系统具有潜在影响,文章分析了煤化工生产过程CO2产生、分离和排放特点,对煤化工过程的CO2减排和化学利用提出相关措施建议,为未来发展低碳型煤化工产业提供建议和方向。

【Abstract】 Based on the abundant coal resources in China, the new coal chemical industry including coal to oil,coal to olefin via methanol, coal to natural gas, coal to aromatics and coal to ethylene has emerged in recent years with the structural overcapacity in traditional coal chemical industry. As an important technology in the clean and efficient coal utilization, the new coal chemical industry is of great significance for expanding the raw material route of organic chemical products and forming the capacity reserve and technical reserve for China’s energy and chemical industry. On the other hand, the coal chemical processes have potential impact on global ecosystem because of their large amount of CO2 emission. This paper analyses the characteristics of CO2 generation, separation and emission in coal chemical processes. Relevant measures and suggestions for CO2 emission reduction and chemical utilization in coal chemical processes are put forward for the future development of low-carbon coal chemical industry.
