光栅数字检波器的原理及其信号处理方法的研究
Research on principle and signal processing approaches of grating digital geophone
【摘要】 光栅数字检波器是基于光栅测量技术具有误差平均效应、精度高、动态范围宽等特点而设计的。本文从分析数字检波器的现状着手,对光栅数字检波器的原理及其输出信号的处理方法进行了详尽地分析。
【Abstract】 Grating digital geophone is designed based on that the grating measurement techniques are the characteristics of averaging-error effect, high precision and broad dynamic range. Starting from analyzing the current situations of grating digital geophone, the paper analyzed in detail the principle of grating digital geophone and processing approaches of output signals.
