【摘要】 血液是特殊的医疗卫生资源。5.12地震发生后,血液资源管理工作的成败事关赈灾全局。上海利用血液资源管理的特殊原理,在经历着的应急聚积、理性控制和平稳利用等三个阶段中,对临危聚积的爆发性、安全性和潜在风险的控制等,进行探索和分析,并提议建立全国灾难(包括地震)救治用血的支援调配机制,以及把预约登记的社区、企事业单位和公民个人为灾区献血的积极性,提升成为加入固定、定期无偿献血群体的意愿。更多还原

【Abstract】 Blood is a special medical resource.After the"5.12 earthquake in Wenchuan"happened,it found that the blood resource management related with success of relief disaster.This paper identified the blood management three stages: emergence storage,rational control and stable utilization as well as explored dangerous storage,safety and risk control when the risk happened.The suggestions list as follow: Establish a national blood supply and regulation mechanism before and disaster happened;make an appoinment with individual,community,and enterprize as a fixed blood supply group.更多还原
