以工作过程为导向的《食品微生物学实验》课程设计及教学实践
Teaching Design and Practice of Food Microbiology Experiment Based on Working Process Orientation
【摘要】 基于现代职业教育和我国应用型高校转型发展的大背景,探讨了"工作过程导向"的实验课程教学改革在应用型本科院校实施的适用性。以广东石油化工学院食品科学与工程系开设的《食品微生物学实验》课程为例,论述了本门课程开展"工作过程导向"的课程改革的重要性和必要性,具体介绍了课程设计和教学实践的教改经验。结果显示,实施教学改革后,本课程的教学效果得到了较大改善,学生就业普遍受到用人单位认可;改革实施过程中还存在诸多问题,后续教学过程中将寻求一切可能的解决办法,坚持不懈继续完善以"工作过程为导向"的课程改革和建设。
【Abstract】 Based on the grand background of modern vocational education and China′s Applied Colleges and Universities transition development, the adaptation about experimental courses educational reform on the basis of working process orientation for application-oriented universities was discussed. Taking the course of Food Microbiology Experiment offered by the Department of Food Science and Engineering at Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology as an example, the importance and necessity of the curricular reform according to working process orientation were expounded, and the curricular design and teaching reform experiences of teaching practice were introduced. The result showed that the teaching effect had been improved greatly and graduates were accepted by employers generally after the implement of the teaching reform; the remaining problems existed in the implementation will be solved in the teaching process and seek all possible methods, and persistently to make perfect the curriculum reform and construction around the working process orientation.
