宁夏某训练场蚊虫种类密度调查

【摘要】 目的了解宁夏某训练场蚊虫种群构成、密度情况,为有效控制蚊虫肆虐及蚊媒疾病传播提供科学依据。方法 8月在宁夏某训练场选取具有代表性的不同生境的3个地点作为调查点,并采用二氧化碳诱蚊灯诱捕法进行蚊虫采集。结果共捕捉成蚊2 285只,分为2属5种,其中背点伊蚊占74. 49%,淡色库蚊占21. 88%,里海伊蚊占2. 28%,黄背伊蚊占0. 70%,凶小库蚊占0. 65%。背点伊蚊为该训练场区周边优势蚊种。在捕获的成蚊中,饱血蚊占0. 93%,背点伊蚊与淡色库蚊吸血率比较无统计学意义(X~2=0. 146,P=0. 723> 0. 05)。背点伊蚊在营区的吸血率与在水塘的相比较具有统计学意义(X~2=26. 37,P=2. 81×10-7)。蚊虫活动高峰期出现在20:00—22:00和04:00—06:00这两个时段,捕捉数量占总数的46. 89%。结论初步摸清了宁夏某训练场蚊虫种群构成、密度及活动规律等情况,为后续蚊虫防控提供了科学参考。

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the mosquito species and density in at raining ground in Ningxia,and provide scientific basis for the effective control of mosquito and mosquito-borne disease. Methods Selecting three investigation points with differently characteristic ecosystem and taking CO2 trapping lamp method to collect mosquitoes in August. Results A total of 2 285 mosquitoes were trapped with CO2 trapping lamp method,classified as 2 genus and 5 species. 74. 49% of the total captured mosquitoes were Aedes dorsalis,21. 88% Culex pipiens pallens,2. 28% Aedes caspius,0. 70% Aedes flavidorsalis and 0. 65% Culex modestus. Aedes dorsalis was the dominant species. Blood-sucking mosquitoes accounted for 0. 93%. The difference of blood-feeding rates between Aedes dorsalis and Culex pipiens pallens was little different( X~2= 0. 146,P = 0. 723 > 0. 05),while the blood sucking rates of Aedes dorsal in camp and in pool was significantly different( X~2= 26. 37,Ρ = 2. 81 × 10-7). Time period of 20: 00—22: 00 and 04: 00—06: 00 were the peak periods of mosquito activity,46. 89% of the total of mosquitoes were collected in the time periods. Conclusion The species composition,density and activities of mosquitoes in a training ground in Ningxia were attained,providing a scientific suggestion for the further prevention and control of mosquito.
