四川省5.12地震灾区家蝇抗药性水平研究

【摘要】 目的测定四川省地震灾区家蝇抗药性水平,与非地震灾区家蝇抗药性水平和既往资料及实验室敏感品系进行比较,总结、分析其产生的原因以及发生发展的规律。方法采集北川(安昌镇)、汶川(映秀镇)、绵竹及康定的野外家蝇带回饲养室饲养1~2代后进行点滴法抗药性水平测定。结果地震灾区家蝇对敌敌畏、高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯的抗药性水平均维持在高抗性,与成都、广元2007年的水平相当或略高,但明显高于非地震灾区家蝇的抗药性水平。结论家蝇抗药性的发生发展有其自身的规律,特殊情况下的大量使用杀虫剂对抗药性的增长有一定的影响,但不是唯一的因素。

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the resistance level of housefly at the earthquake-stricken area and compare it with that on susceptible strains.The result can be used to summarize and analyze the causes and development law of resistance and obtain the effect evaluation and lingering influence of insect management during disaster relief time.Methods Gather the housefly from Beichuan,Wenchuan,Mianzhu and Kangding county and feeding them to 1 or 2 generation in feeding room.Then determine the resistance level on housefly with topical application method.Results The resistance level on housefly at the earthquake-stricken area to DDVP,cypermethrin and deltamethrin has reached high level,which matched to that of Chengdu and Guangyuan city in 2007,and were obviously higher than that of non-seismic region.At the same time,the resistance level of susceptible strains was stable.Conclusion There is proper development law of resistance level on housefly,and widely using of hygienic insecticide causes some influence but not the only factor to increase resistance level of insects on special occasions.
