【Abstract】 With the continuous improvement of residents’ pursuit of health and the diversification of medical service demand,how to improve the satisfaction of medical services has become a hot topic of current research. In this paper,the micro-survey data is used to analyze the influencing factors of medical service satisfaction by using the ordered Probit model.
