【摘要】 目的为采供血机构在特大自然灾害中能有效组织实施血液应急检验并保证血液检验质量提供思路。方法及时调整血液检验的常规工作模式,明确分工与协作,合理使用血液检验的关键仪器设备,探索仪器每天最大工作量,作好检验前、中、后的质量控制。结果在"5.12"大地震发生后的3天时间里,检验科共接收献血者血液标本5 188份,共检验血液标本5016份,及时完成了大批量应急血液标本的检验,有效保证了血液检验的质量和地震伤员抢救用血的需要。结论合理安排人员、科学分配仪器、加强质量控制,是"5.12"大地震血液应急检验的有效组织实施和保证质量的重要措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Blood collection agencies can effectively organize the emergency blood test and guarantee the quality of blood test during the serious natural disasters.Methods The timely adjustment of conventional blood test mode,a clear division of labor and cooperation,and the rational use of key instruments,explorement of the largest daily workload,the quality control of before,during and after blood tests.Results During three days after"5.12"earthquake, the laboratory of Chengdu Blood Center received a total of 5,188 samples of blood donors,and 5,016 blood samples were tested in time,the quality of the blood test was effectively guaranteed and the blood for saving the wounded in the earthquake was enough supplied.Conclusion It is reasonable arrangements of staff,scientific distribution of equipments and enhancement of quality control that ensure emergency blood testing organization and quality in"5.12"earthquake.更多还原
