钢网架结构超声波检测及其质量分级

【摘要】 介绍用专门设计的组合探头和试块对钢网架结构焊缝进行超声波检测的技术和焊缝缺陷的验收质量分级方法。该技术解决了钢管直径4 8159mm杆件焊缝检验的难题 ,也为国内首次制订JG/T 30 34钢网架超声波检测标准奠定了基础

【Abstract】 The ultrasonic technique for the inspection of the welds in steel spatial grid structures by specially designed probe and test piece, and the classification method for the acceptance of defective welds were described. The problems in the examination of the welds in the tubular parts with diameters of  48~159mm were solved. And a foundation was laid for the preparation of standard JG/T 3034 ultrasonic testing of the welds in double layer grid truss.
