基于VR的抽水蓄能电站厂房可视化交互仿真及应用
Visual interactive simulation and application for pumped storage hydropower house based on VR
【摘要】 为实现水电站厂房沉浸式可交互的可视化仿真,探索虚拟现实(virtual reality)技术在水电站厂房设计与运行维护中的创新应用,本系统基于水电站Bentley BIM数据,采用虚幻4引擎(UE4)进行开发,构建了电站厂房发电机层、母线层、水轮机层以及蜗壳层的VR仿真场景,并通过C++以及UE4蓝图系统,实现了VR场景中的沉浸式交互漫游、可视化设计校核、设备操作训练模拟以及BIM数据驱动的设备信息可视化查询等功能.系统使用HTC VIVE虚拟现实套装作为交互外设,实现了沉浸式可交互的可视化仿真.结合洛宁抽水蓄能电站,开发了厂房VR交互仿真系统,对VR技术在水电站厂房设计运维中的创新应用有着重要的促进作用与参考意义.
【Abstract】 To achieve the immersive and interactive visual simulation on the hydropower plants, exploring the innovative applications of VR in the design and operation of the hydropower plants, based on Bentley BIM data, using unreal engine 4 for development, the VR simulation scenes of generator floor, generatrix layer, turbine floor and worm wheel layer have been built. What’s more, through C Plus Plus and the blueprint system of UE4, the functions of immersive interactive roaming, visual design check, device operation training simulation and BIM data-driven device information visualization check in VR simulation scenes have been realized. The system using HTC VIVE suit as interactive peripherals, the immersive and interactive visualization simulation has been implemented. The VR interactive simulation system has been developed based on Luoning pumped storage power station, which is of great significance for the innovative application of VR technology in the design and operation of hydropower house.
