基于不同模型数据映射的储液罐抗震性能研究
Research on aseismic performance of liquid storage tanks based on data mapping between different models
【摘要】 在采用有限元方法对大型非锚固储液罐的地震响应进行数值仿真时,通常采用壳单元来剖分储罐.然而壳单元无法描述应力集中情况,在罐底板发生提离时,罐脚焊缝处应力分布复杂且易产生应力集中,该处的计算结果失真.为此,提出运用等参元的逆变换算法实现不同网格间的数据映射,将壳单元模型的动力时程分析结果导入到实体单元模型,实现对角焊缝处的应力分析.通过对某实际储液罐两个模型的仿真计算,证明了该方法的有效性,为分析储液罐角焊缝的应力集中现象提供了一种可行方法.
【Abstract】 When finite element method is used to numerically simulate the seismic response of a large unanchored liquid storage tank,the tank is usually divided by shell elements.However,due to shell element cannot describe stress concentration,the calculated results about the stress distribution for the weld at the bottom of the tank are distorted when the base plate uplifting happens,which may result in stress complexity and concentration phenomenon,during the earthquake.For this reason,we propose to realize data mapping between different grids by inverse isoparametric mapping method,which means importing the results of shell element model by dynamic time-history analysis into solid element model,so as to implement stress analysis for the weld.Through a comparative simulation between two models,this method is proved to be effective,so as to provide a feasible approach to analyze stress concentration phenomenon at weld of liquid storage tanks.
