大型储煤三角形立体管桁架结构地震作用下稳定性能研究

【摘要】 采用通用有限元软件ANSYS,对三角形立体管桁结构(HSS)地震作用下稳定性能进行研究.考虑几何及材料非线性,分析了节点形式、悬跨比及几何参数对三角形立体管桁结构抗震性能的影响;同时对大型储煤三角形立体管桁架结构的设计提出了一些要点.分析表明:刚接节点能够减小地震作用下结构平面外位移,在满足经济性的前提下,建议适当增加节点的刚度;悬挑长度与跨度比值不宜大于0.5;三角形管桁架类似闭口梁,增加截面高度可以提高惯性矩,从而减小地震作用下平面内位移.有关成果可为类似工程提供参考.

【Abstract】 The triangular tridimensional pipe truss’s(HSS)nonlinear dynamic stability under seismic action is researched by using ANSYS.Considering the geometric and material nonlinearity,the influences of the joint form,the ratio of cantilevered length and span and geometric parameters on the structural aseismic performance have been analyzed.Then,some concerns have been put forward to the design of the HSS in large scale coal-storage structure.The analysis shows that the out-plane displacement of the HSS will reduce if the joint form is rigid connection under seismic action;the ratio of the cantilevered length and span should be less than 0.5;the HSS is the same as closed section beam;the inertia moment will increase with section height increase;and then in-plane displacement will be reduced under seismic action.And the conclusions can be used to similar projects.
