钢管聚丙烯纤维超高强石渣混凝土短柱的静力特性

【摘要】 以试件的直径、径厚比和混凝土强度等级为试验参数进行了19根试件的轴心抗压试验,考察了钢管聚丙烯纤维超高强石渣混凝土短柱轴心受压时的破坏形态,揭示了影响其力学性能的因素和规律.试验结果表明:钢管内填充低碳聚丙烯纤维超高强石渣混凝土可以解决由于自收缩偏大引起的钢管混凝土脱空问题;在试验参数范围内,影响试件静力特性的主要因素是套箍指标和核心混凝土强度;荷载-平均应变关系曲线可以分为4个阶段,即弹性阶段、弹塑性阶段、承载力下降阶段和承载力回升阶段;所有试件都呈剪切型的破坏特征,残余承载力达到极限荷载的80%以上,都有较好的延性性能,极限应变达到8.67%~24.9%;最后,推荐了经回归分析得到的钢管聚丙烯纤维超高强石渣混凝土短柱轴心受压极限承载力的计算公式,计算结果与试验数据比较吻合.

【Abstract】 Based on the experimental studies of 19polypropylene fiber reinforced green super hiqh strength concrete used stone-chip(PFRGSHSCUS)filled with steel tubes short columns with the three different parameters including concrete strength,diameter and diameter-thickness ratio,the failure modes of the short columns subjected to axial load are explored to discover the general regularity.It is found that it is possible for us to deal with disengaging due to self-shrinkage at interface of steel tube-confined concrete by filling PFRGSHSCUS,and within the factor scope of this test,both the confinement index and the concrete strength of the specimens have great influence on their character of PFRGSHSCUS filled with steel tubes short columns subjected to axial load.Experimental results show that the load &average strain curves of the specimens should be divided into four stages:elastic deformation,elastoplastic deformation,the descent process and the recovery process of its bearing capacity.Results indicate that almost all specimens exhibit shear failure with the higher residual load capacity over 80%of its ultimate bearing capacity and excellent ductility with ultimate strain ranging from 8.67%to 24.9%.Then the formula of its ultimate bearing capacity is suggested by regression based on experimental results,by which the calculated results have agood coincidence with those from the experiments.
