小湾拱坝放空底孔预应力闸墩三维有限元分析

【摘要】 采用三维有限元方法,应用ANSYS程序对小湾拱坝放空底孔预应力闸墩进行了空间应力与变形计算,并详细探讨了预应力的模拟方法,对3种不同方法的优缺点进行了对比评价.根据计算结果,对比分析了多个设计工况下闸墩结构的变形、应力分布规律,评价了预应力锚索的预压效果.在此基础上,取闸墩结构特征点的第一主应力作为优化变量,对预应力锚索设计吨位和布置方案进行了敏感性分析,得出了预应力锚索布置的优化方案.全部研究成果为小湾拱坝施工设计详图所采用.

【Abstract】 The spatial stresses and deformations for the prestressed piers of amptying bottom outlets in Xiaowan arch dam are analyzed by ANSYS program;and three simulation methods of prestressed cable and their advantages and disadvantages are compared and evaluated.Acoording to the calculation results,the distribution law of deformations and stresses of pier structure under design conditions are analyzed and the precompressed effect of prestressed cable is discussed.On this base,by taking the first stress of feature points as optimization variables,sensitivity analysis of design forces and layout scheme of prestressed cable is studied;and a better scheme is obtained.Research results are used by the design detail drawings of Xiaowan arch dam.
