椭圆形钢煤斗有限元空间分析
Finite element spatial structural analysis of elliptical steel coal scuttle
【摘要】 某电厂设计中为满足工艺要求,采用了椭圆形钢煤斗方案,但因其空间曲面构形复杂,利用现有国家规范将难以设计.本文结合该工程实例利用有限元分析软件ANSYS计算分析了全部满煤和半边满煤半边放空两种工况下煤斗的应力和应变分布规律,进而给出了最大应力和最大位移的具体部位,为煤斗的施工图设计提供了重要的依据.
【Abstract】 To meet the technological requirements,an elliptical steel coal scuttle model is used for a power plant design.The spatial structural shape of the steel coal scuttle is complex,so it is very difficult to design according to the existing national standard.Based on an engineering project,the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to analyze stress and distortion and their distributing rules of the steel coal scuttle under two kind of working modes of completely full of coal and the one half full and the other half is empty of coal;and then the working positions of the maximum stress and the maximum distortion are given so as to offer an important basis for working drawing design of the steel coal scuttle.
