预应力闸墩与钢锚块接触非线性有限元分析

【摘要】 采用非线性有限元方法,对深溪沟水电站泄洪闸预应力闸墩与钢锚块进行了整体空间应力与变形分析,计算中考虑了预应力闸墩与钢锚块的耦合效应,并通过在两者之间设置接触单元模拟预应力闸墩与钢锚块的接触非线性,得到各设计工况下的位移分布和变形结果,全部有限元计算结果为深溪沟工程泄洪闸预应力体系设计与优化提供依据.根据有限元计算成果,对大吨位预应力闸墩所采用的钢结构支撑梁的预应力效果进行总结和评价,并与混凝土锚块的应力分布规律作了简要的对比.

【Abstract】 The whole spatial stresses and deformations for concrete pier and steel anchor block of Shenxigou Hydropower Station are analyzed by three-dimensional nonlinear FEM.In order to consider coupling effects of prestressed pier and steel anchor block,contact elements are used to simulate contact nonlinearity between prestressed pier and steel anchor block.The results of stresses and strains in all cases are obtained;the results provide scientific basis for engineering design and optimizing prestressed system.According to the results,the effects of the large scale tonnage prestressed acting concrete structure are evaluated and summarized;and the distribution rules of stresses between steel anchor block and concrete anchor block are simply compared.
