【摘要】 [目的]通过分析四川省民营医院的发展状况,探讨存在的问题,并提出对策建议,为卫生管理者提供决策依据。[方法]利用《四川卫生计生统计年鉴》数据,采用描述性分析方法,对2008-2017年间民营医院医疗服务承载量和医疗服务效率情况进行分析。[结果]四川省民营医院数量增长迅速,截至2017年底民营医院1520所,数量超过了公立医院的2倍,主要由营利性医院组成。四川省民营医院的卫生人员数量大幅度增加,截至2017年底,医护人员比例为1:1. 35。初级职称和专科学历的医生占比最高,硕士及以上学历的医生仅占3. 57%。2017年民营医院的诊疗人次数和入院人次数占比分别为17. 8%和25. 2%,与公立医院相比,占比仍然较低,差距较大。民营医院的病床使用率与平均住院日均低于公立医院。[结论]四川省民营医院发展迅速,但其尚未形成规模,与公立医院相比,医疗服务质量较低,因此,政府应加强对民营医院的监管。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective By analyzing development status of private hospitals in Sichuan province,this study analyzed the existing problems in private hospitals,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions,so as to provide decision-making basis for health managers. Methods It used the data of"Sichuan Health and Family Planning Statistical Yearbook",descriptive analysis method was adopted to analyze medical service capacity and medical service efficiency of private hospitals from 2008 to 2017. Results The number of private hospitals in Sichuan province had grown rapidly. By the end of 2017,there were 1,520 private hospitals which more than twice as many as public hospitals,and mainly composed of for-profit hospitals. The number of health personnel in private hospitals in Sichuan province had increased significantly. By the end of 2017,the ratio of medical doctor and nurse was 1∶ 1. 35. Doctors with junior professional titles and junior college degrees accounted for the highest proportion,while doctors with masters or above degrees accounted for only 3. 57%. In 2017,the number of diagnosis patients and admission patients in private hospitals accounted for 17. 8% and 25. 2% respectively. Compared with public hospitals,the proportion was still low and the gap was large. The rate of bed utilization and average hospital stay in private hospitals were lower than that in public hospitals. Conclusions Private hospitals in Sichuan province are developing rapidly,but they have not yet formed a scale. Compare with public hospitals,private hospitals have lower quality of medical services. Therefore,government should strengthen the supervision to private hospitals.更多还原
