PBL教学法在生物化学实验课教学中的应用

【摘要】 目的:探索以问题为基础的教学模式(PBL)对医学院校生物化学实验课教学效果的促进作用。方法:选取有2016年生物化学实验课任务的2015级临床专业本科生,共158人,随机分为PBL组和讲授式教学模式(LBL)两个组,一组采用PBL模式进行教学,另一组采用LBL教学,课末以问卷形式评价教学效果。结果:PBL组学生课堂气氛优于LBL组,且对课堂有较好的满意度。自评问卷分析结果显示,PBL组学生在对"教学内容掌握、课堂组织实施、提高学习能力、提高表达能力、提高解决问题能力、拓展知识面、提高学习兴趣、提高逻辑思维能力"八个方面的评价均优于LBL组,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:PBL教学法融入生物化学实验课教学有利于提高教学效果,值得推广。

【Abstract】 Objective: To assess the efficacies of problem-based learning( PBL) method in instruction of medical students in curriculum of biochemistry experiment.Methods: A total of 158 undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine,enrolled in 2015,were included and randomized into PBL group and lecture-based learning( LBL) group. Students in PBL group were instructed by student-centered pedagogy,whereas those in LBL by traditional tutorial process.By the end of curriculum,the teaching effects were evaluated using questionnaire.Results: Classroom atmosphere was better in PBL group than in LBL group,and students in PBL group were more satisfied with such instruction.Analysis on components in the self-assessment questionnaire indicated that students in PBL group excelled the counterparts in LBL in acquisition of course contents,satisfaction with class tutorial process and its implementation,improvement of theoretical principle description,ability to solve problems,knowledge extension and learning interest.The difference was statistically significant( All P<0.05).Conclusion: PBL method can greatly improve the teaching outcomes,and be widely used in instructing medical students in command of biochemistry experiment.
