【摘要】 分析几次地震灾害爆发后应急物流管理实践,指出地震灾害下应急物流体系存在的问题,并构建基于地震灾害的应急物流体系,包括资源保障体系、组织体系、信息支撑平台体系、运作机制体系以及预案体系等。最后提出推进体系构建的建议,即完善震后的逆向物流管理;积极开展和物流企业的合作;加强物资储备能力;健全法律保障措施;积极改进运载工具及交通网络建设等。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,we analyzed the management practice of emergency logistics after the occurrence of several earthquakes,pointed out the existing problems,and established an improved emergency logistics system for earthquake disasters which included a resource support subsystem,organizational subsystem,operational and responsibility subsystem,information supporting platform subsystem,operational mechanism subsystem and preplan subsystem,etc.At the end,we presented the suggestions for its further development,i.e.,improving post-earthquake reverse logistics management,actively promoting cooperation between logistics enterprises,stepping up capacity of emergency reserve,building a comprehensive legal support system,modifying actively carrier vehicles as well as transportation networks.更多还原
