城市化区域典型生态防洪策略选择研究

【摘要】 以城市化区域典型生态防洪策略为研究对象,利用MIKE11建立研究区模型,分析传统城市护岸及生态护岸的防洪效果,并将人工湿地与城市生态河道相结合,研究人工湿地不同面积和布设位置的减灾效果.结果表明,将传统硬质护坡改为植被护坡,提高了河道的生态性,但不利于河道的行洪排涝;将人工湿地布设于河道上后,河道最高水位下降,有利于河道的防洪减灾;将人工湿地布设于河道下游时防洪效果最显著,既满足了河道的生态需求,也保障了河道的行洪能力.

【Abstract】 Taking typical ecological flood control strategies in urban areas as the research object,MIKE11 is used to establish the research area model to analyze the flood control effect of traditional urban bank protection and ecological bank protection,and combine artificial wetlands with urban ecological channel protection to study the disaster reduction effect of artificial wetlands in different areas and locations.The results show that changing the traditional hard slope to vegetation slope improves the ecological character of river course;but it is not good for flood discharge.After the artificial wetlands are laid on the river course,the highest water level of the river course drops,which is beneficial to flood control and disaster reduction of the river course.The flood control effect is the most remarkable when the constructed wetland are placed in the lower reaches of the river,which not only meets the ecological demand of the river,but also guarantee the flood discharge capacity of the river.
