景洪水力式升船机塔楼静力模型试验研究

【摘要】 介绍了景洪水电站水力式升船机塔楼模型试验的有关情况,主要从静力试验的角度进行分析研究.重点介绍了试验所采用的自行研制的模型材料,同时对结构的一些关键点的应力结果进行了整理,并与有限元计算结果进行对比,两者结果在总体上基本一致.分析结果表明:塔楼结构在静力荷载作用下整体主要产生压应力,较大的拉应力影响主要出现在塔楼廊道顶部分.

【Abstract】 The model experiment of hydraulic ship lifter tower of Jinghong Hydropower Station is described from static aspect.The model material developed by us is introduced emphatically.The normal stresses of some pivotal parts of the structure are obtained.At the same time,the finite element method is used to calculate the stresses of the tower.Then the calculated results and the experimental results are compared;and they are good agreement generally.Results show that the whole tower has compressive stresses under the static loads.At the same time,the tensile stresses which should be noticed appear in the gallery of the tower.
