无损检测在三峡大坝混凝土质量检查中的应用

【摘要】 无损检测技术是一种新型的混凝土质量检测方法,与传统钻孔检查方式相比,具有快速、准确、费用低等特点.在三峡工程泄洪坝混凝土质量检查中,首次大规模采用了无损检测技术,在检测出的缺陷区域内,通过灌浆孔检查资料与无损检测成果验证分析表明,无损检测技术能有效地查清混凝土缺陷性状及范围,说明混凝土无损检测技术是检测大体积混凝土质量的有效方法,可作为混凝土质量检测的一种手段.

【Abstract】 Nondestructive inspection used for concrete defection is a new method of quality testing for concrete;compared with the conventional boring-hole testing method,it is characterized by rapid measurement,high precision and low cost.For the first time,the nondestruction inspection method is extensively used for testing concrete quality at the Three Gorges discharging dam.The concrete in defective areas is also tested using the boring-hole method.Comparison between the two testing methods shows that the nondestructive inspection is able to examine the character and area of concrete defects;so that it can be a means of concrete quality test and is effective in testing mass concrete.
