基于ArcGIS的三维辅助规划设计
3D Aided Plan Design Based on ArcGIS
【摘要】 从B/S架构入手,对城市规划进行三维辅助设计研究,给出了2D GIS与3D GIS相结合的GIS系统框架,实现了2D GIS与3D GIS之间的切换。同时,针对未建设区域的城市规划,根据已测得的数据点,建立了Delaunay三角网,然后将拟建设的3D模型放置在该区域进行辅助设计,为城市规划方案探讨提供了具有真实感的效果图。除此之外,建立了城市的3D GIS预警系统,对洪水淹没过程进行了模拟,为三维城市辅助规划提供了可行的设计思路和实施方案,具有一定的实用价值。
【Abstract】 The B/S structure was discussed.Then the city design based on 3D aid design was conducted.And GIS system was constructed by 2D GIS and 3D GIS.The 2D GIS and the 3D GIS could switch into each other.Base on measured data,Delaunay triangulation network was constructed for wasteland in city;then 3D model was placeed in the area to aid the design.It offered designer the effect diagram with a sense of reality.Furthermore,a 3D early warning system of city was established to simulate the process of flooding.A practical design and implementation plan was proposed to 3D city design plan.
