玻璃钢管道的实验模态分析与验证
Experimental Modal Analysis of the Fiber Reinforced Plastics Pipe and Validation
【摘要】 管道在实际运行中会因环境的影响而产生振动,研究管道的动力学特性很有必要。以玻璃钢管道为研究对象,用有限元模拟分析管道的振动模态,并用实验进行验证,二者结果大致吻合。提出了对非线性结构进行导纳测量时要注意的事项,以及模态振型视觉比较方法,可以为玻璃钢管道的日常运行提供参考。
【Abstract】 Pipeline in the actual operation can generate vibration because of the environmental impact,so studying the dynamics of pipeline is necessary.FRP pipe was used for the study.The pipeline vibration modal was analyzed by using finite element.The experiment verifies that both results are generally in agreement with each other.Some suggestions were proposed in the nonlinear structure of the admittance measurements.The method of visual comparison modal type was also put forward.It offers some reference for FRP pipe in its daily operation.
