径向加载模拟工况下柴油机机身振动特性分析

【摘要】 柴油机振动是一种多振源的复杂振动形式,其机身表面振动是内部各种激振力共同作用的综合反映,因此测量机身振动信号有利于对柴油机状态进行监测。利用磁粉制动器实现柴油机曲轴输出端的径向加载,选取相配套的电流控制器实现不同转速下的电流控制,对比研究不同工况(定转速下的不同载荷和定载荷下的不同转速)下柴油机机身表面振动信号,利用小波包的分解与重构,获得了高频信号分量并提取其能量特征。分析结果表明,此方法提取的振动信号特征能够反映柴油机状态的变化。

【Abstract】 Diesel vibration is a multi-sources and complex vibration.Its body vibration is the comprehensive reflection of all its interior exciting force.So measuring the body vibration can felicitate the monitoring of diesel engine technical states.This paper used a magnetic powder brake for radial load of diesel engine output shaft and selected the matching current controller to achieve different speed current control.The comparison analysis of diesel engine body surface vibration signal on different conditions(different loads on a certain speed and different speeds on a certain load) was conducted.The wavelet packet decomposition with the reconstruction was used to obtain a high frequency signal components and extract its energy characteristics.The measurement results demonstrate that extracted vibration signal features of this method are able to reflect the change in the state of the diesel engine.
