地铁开挖爆破参数优化及爆破震动测试分析

【摘要】 武汉地铁二号线广埠屯站至虎泉站段部分区间采用爆破法开挖,由于地表建筑物较多,这给爆破施工增加了很大困难,必须控制质点峰值振动速度。根据地表地形条件,合理布置了测点进行爆破震动测试,得出考虑高程差的振动速度衰减规律。掏槽孔爆破对振动速度的贡献最大,采用双楔形掏槽可有效降低爆破震动。根据测试结果指导爆破施工,不断优化爆破参数,从而保证了施工进度和安全。

【Abstract】 From Guangbutun Station to Huquan Station on Wuhan Subway Line No.2 was excavated by blasting.As the diversity of surface buildings,the difficulties for the blasting excavation were increased.Moreover,blasting peak particle velocity and main vibration frequency must be controlled.According to surface topography,the measuring points for blasting vibration test were reasonably arranged,and the attenuation law of blasting vibration velocity was obtained after considering height difference.Furthermore,cut hole blasting made the largest contribution to the vibration velocity,and the blasting vibration could be reduced effectively by adopting the double-wedge cut.In addition,blasting construction could be guided based on the tests results,and blasting parameters was optimized continuously to ensure the progress and safety of the blasting excavation.
