基于反应谱法的玻璃钢烟囱的地震响应分析

【摘要】 玻璃钢烟囱由于其良好的耐腐蚀性以及重量轻等特点而得到应用,但玻璃钢复合材料烟囱结构的分析并不多见,并且我们国家还没有设计规范。针对某工程应用的高60 m玻璃钢复合材料烟囱结构,应用振型分解反应谱法进行了地震响应分析,考虑了水平地震和竖向地震的联合作用,并且按照SRSS组合方法取前108阶振型进行了叠加,同时按照各向异性复合材料层合壳理论对玻璃钢烟囱进行了强度分析,应用Tsai-Wu强度比理论对烟囱结构进行了校核。

【Abstract】 Due to their high corrosion and chemical resistance,glass fiber reinforced plastic(GFRP) materials are increasingly being used in the construction of industrial chimneys.However,the dynamic properties of such kind of high structure have been analyzed rarely.Otherwise,there are not design specifications in our country either.To ensure its safety,the seismic response and stress analysis of a 60 m high FRP chimney has been performed using ANSYS in this paper.The modeling is based on the modal response spectrum method,taking into account the combination of the horizontal earthquake and the vertical earthquake.In accordance with the SRSS method,the vibration modes from the 1-order to the 108-order are superimposed.Further,the stress is calculated using the anisotropic laminated shell theory.Results show that the strength of this FRP chimney agrees with Tsai-Wu theory.
