混凝土物化能耗及资源耗竭影响

【摘要】 简述了产品生命周期评价和资源耗竭影响。在综合了资源的储量、年消耗量和回收率的基础上,提出了资源当量系数和耗竭影响的定量计算方法。通过对几种不同强度等级的掺与不掺粉煤灰混凝土的实验分析,定量评价了混凝土物化能耗及资源耗竭指数。研究结果表明随着混凝土强度等级的提高,混凝土的物化能耗和资源耗竭指数都增大;掺入粉煤灰和使用低标号水泥可有效的降低混凝土的物化能耗和资源耗竭指数。

【Abstract】 The products of life cycle assessment(LCA) and resources consumption impact are reviewed briefly.Based on the comprehensive of the reserves,annual consumption and recovery rate,a quantitative method of calculate equivalency factors for resources and resources consumption indicator(RCI) is proposed.Through experimental analysis to several different strength grades of concrete and fly ash concrete,the embodied energy and RCI are quantitative evaluation.The results show that embodied energy and RCI are both augment with the increased of concrete strength grade,containing fly ash and using low grade cement can effectively lower them.
